Files & materials

Know what is ready to quote.

The automatic Quote Flow is intentionally focused: one print-ready part design, a supported FDM Material and a quantity of identical copies.

STL A single bracket rendered in one colour

Single-colour models

One printable part design, up to 100 MiB. The selected Material and colour are applied in the Quote Flow.

3MF A single bracket split into two colour regions

One- or two-colour models

One build plate and one logical part, up to 100 MiB. Automatic two-colour quoting supports no more than two black or white colour regions in one Material.

Standard Materials

Five choices for instant quoting.

Six unbranded filament spools in black, white and natural on a dark shelf.

PLA

A versatile choice for prototypes, visual models and general-purpose parts.

PETG

A practical option where added toughness and moisture resistance may be useful.

ASA

Often selected for parts needing improved weather and UV resistance.

ABS

A durable engineering Material suited to suitable functional applications.

TPU

A flexible Material for parts designed to bend or absorb impact.

Automatic two-colour quoting supports no more than two black or white regions in one Material.

Automatic quote checklist

A good fit for the Quote Flow

  • One printable part design
  • Identical copies of that design
  • A print-ready STL or supported 3MF
  • A file no larger than 100 MiB
  • Standard as-printed FDM finish

May need Manual Review

Outside the automatic rules

  • Multiple independent parts or build plates
  • Ambiguous disconnected shells
  • More than two colours or mixed part Materials
  • Files needing CAD design or model repair
  • Oversized or unprocessable jobs

Included finish

Standard Finish

Parts are supplied with an as-printed FDM finish and basic support removal. Layer lines and support-contact marks may remain. Sanding, painting, polishing and vapour smoothing are not launch services.
